Tom has been helping investors meet their unique needs for more than 40 years. He is a Managing Director for O’Neill Wealth Management at Steward Partners. Previously a sole practitioner, Tom formed O’Neill Wealth Management with his two children, Jessica DeLuca, CFP^® and Tom O'Neill, Jr. 

O’Neill Wealth Management focuses on wealth planning and investment management for high net worth individuals, families, and business owners. Their objective is to help clients build their net worth by providing honest and professional advice with continuous monitoring of client accounts and financial plans. 

Tom was born and raised in Reading, PA. He was a three-sport standout at Holy Name High School. He was inducted into the Berks Catholic Athletic Hall of Fame in 2016. While attending Susquehanna University, Tom continued his athletic career as quarterback and captain of the football team as he pursued his degree in Business Administration/Economics. He was also President of his fraternity Lambda Chi Alpha.

His wife, Lisa, is the founding president of Spirit of the Holidays, Inc. – a non-profit organization committed to helping families afflicted with the HIV/AIDS virus. Lisa was a three-sport athlete at Cherokee High School. She went on to captain the field hockey team at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. Their daughter Sarah graduated with honors from Lehigh University, and currently lives and works in South Jersey. Jessica and Tom Jr. currently live in South Jersey.

While living in Shamong, NJ for the last 37 years, Tom has served on the Indian Mills School Board and is a founding trustee of the Shamong Educational Foundation. Tom was also the founding president and trustee of the Seneca Boys Youth Lacrosse Program.
